Ron Holiday, who has not had the best of luck lately in FIGHT comes to the ring and says that “while he hasn’t had the best of luck lately, at least he’s not ugly. Enter Adam Ugly who comes to the ring and immediately puts Holiday in a world of hurt. Back chops, stiff kicks, and stiff knees to the face are aplenty during this match that see’s The New Age Nasty Boy pick up the W after hitting the unluckiest man in FIGHT with his “Winning Ugly” Snapmare Driver.
We go backstage as Ace Gordon as he catches up with Adam Ugly after that thorough beat down of Ron Holiday. Adam states that Ron Holiday was just in his way of becoming a big star like his former tag partner and that his mission simply to beat people up and make money.
We now go back to the ring, where Ernie Osiris is standing. Ernie states that he has temporarily asked FIGHT Officials to take him out of title contention until he beats 12 of the top competitors in the world. Which brings him to introduce his opponent for this evening….. Will Ferrara.
HYBRID MATCH: Ernie Osiris vs Will Ferrara
2 out of 3 Falls, 15 Minute Time Limit, No Ring Outs.
Both men go hold for hold to open up this contest, with Ferrara matching Osiris with every single offensive maneuver. Ferrara ends up getting the first fall with a rollup out of the corner. Ferrara slows things down with submission maneuvers, focusing on the head and neck. Osiris fights back with forearms, clotheslines and eventually hits a superkick, which sets Ferrara up perfectly for a Diamond Cutter Osiris takes the 2nd fall.
Osiris goes for another superkick, which is blocked by Little Willy and countered with an attempted suplex. Osiris blocks the suplex which is countered with a rollup, where Ferrara puts his feet on the ropes for an advantage. The ref catches his feet on the ropes which gives Osiris a chance to get to his feet. Ferrara and Osiris trade forearms once again followed by both men hitting each other with a double clothesline. Both men go back to trading elbow shots with Ernie gaining the advantage. Ferrara reverses an Irish Whip only to be caught with a stiff superkick/DDT combo which got Ernie the 3rd and deciding fall.
After the deciding fall, Ferrara reluctantly shakes Ernie’s hand and raises his arm in victory as we go off the air.
